I reached out to multiple companies when the air conditioner stopped working. Multiple companies didn't answer the phone and still haven't returned my voicemails requesting a call back for an appointment... Indoor Comfort answered the phone promptly. I explained the problem and were able to get someone out the same day to perform diagnostics. They were able to get the necessary part and came back two days later to install it. The communication that I received was excellent. The price was roughly what I expected it to be. The team was professional and competent. Craig did a great job with my evaporative. I was disappointed with the 2x with another company when starting up and winterizing my evaporated cooler, so I called Indoor Comfort. I got an appointment on the day and time I wanted and did not have to wait at least a week. I was given an exact time and not a 4-hour window. Craig was on time and cleaned my swamp cooler thoroughly. Something that other businesses haven't done. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared that my cooler was working at it optimally.
